Finishing Types
#3 Finish (60 Grit Finish)
#4 Finish (180 Grit Finish) General purpose, bright finish, with a 180 mesh abrasive, following initial grinding with coarser abrasives.
#5 Finish (220 Grit Finish)
#6 Finish (320 Grit Finish) A soft satin finish, with lower reflectivity than the #4 finish. It is produced by using a 320 grit belt following initial grinding with coarser abrasives.
32RA Finish - Food, Dairy and Pharmaceutical Purposes
These finishes are protected by either a paper adhesive or vinyl sleeve. Other Finishes available either by sample sent in or customer match.

We put finishes on…
Flat Bar Stock: 1/8" to 1" thick - 36" maximum width and under Random length up to 20 feet length, depending upon thickness.
Sheet / Plate Stock: 16 Gauge to 1" thick (lighter gauges upon inquiry) - 36" maximum width and down Maximum length 22 feet, depending upon thickness.
Round Bar Stock: 1/4" to 3" diameter (lighter or heavy diameter upon inquiry) Lengths 10 to 20 feet random, depending upon diameter.
Square Tubing: Polishing O.D. only on all sizes up to 6" Sq. including corners.
Round Tubing: Polishing O.D. 1/4" to 10" on O.D. available.
Materials we polish:
Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, Aluminum, Brass and Copper.
Polishing on all non-ferrous material done at customer's own risk - Brass and Copper will tarnish if not lacquered.
